In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date Support appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and offering assistance as needed Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping Previous experience in medical or dental reception is a plus; personal assistant or administrative experience is valued Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us as a Front Office Receptionist where your enthusiasm for organization and customer service will make a meaningful impact every day!
