Job Summary The Body Shop Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and supporting the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, up to 12 hours per day (maximum 36 hours per week). Responsibilities Greet patients, check them in, and provide a welcoming office experience. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to questions, and assist patients with scheduling needs. Schedule, confirm, and update appointments in the clinic's scheduling systems. Manage patient intake paperwork and ensure all required forms are completed accurately. Scan, upload, and organize patient documents, insurance information, and medical records. Maintain accurate patient files and update records as new information is received. Communicate with insurance companies, medical offices, imaging centers, and attorneys as needed. Verify insurance information and obtain claim details for patient cases. Request and follow up on medical records from outside providers and facilities. Track patient visits and maintain internal case-management spreadsheets and reports. Assist with insurance authorizations, treatment approvals, and related documentation. Support the billing team by maintaining accurate case and coverage information. Perform general administrative and front desk duties to support daily clinic operations. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 0-3 years of customer service, administrative, medical office, or receptionist experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, email, Google Drive, and scheduling software. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and customer-service focused. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Up to 12-hour shifts per day. Maximum 36 hours per week. Part-time position.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
