This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service and administrative support within a medical or dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule appointments efficiently using Exa Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally. Verify insurance information and perform insurance verification for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with patient intake processes and ensure all necessary information is collected.
