Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient communication with patients. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule appointments efficiently using Exa Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally. Verify insurance information and perform insurance verification for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with patient intake processes and ensure all necessary information is collected.
