Secretary/Receptionist

We are looking to hire a secretary for a busy courier company that has been in business for 40+ years located in Whippany, NJ. The position is entry level, full time, and up for immediate hire. We are looking for a reliable individual who can handle a busy multi line telephone and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in excel and word is a plus. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Up to 5 hours of overtime is then offered once trained. More overtime may be available if the candidate requests it. Reliable transportation is a MUST . Salary:

Starts at $19.00 per hour with optional overtime once trained.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Taking delivery orders
• Filing, Scanning, Copying, and other general office duties.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel & word)
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Organizational skills
