Job description: Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus depending on shift and weekly hours.

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Part-Time (18 hours per week)

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays required, plus some weekday evenings

Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) reports directly to the Assistant Executive Director and plays a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported by ArcMorris. This is a part-time position (18 hours per week) that requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays , with additional weekday evening hours as needed. The RN supervises the provision of direct health and specialized personal care services, maintains standards of best practice, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the correct dispensing of medications by checking prescriptions at each residence and day program; conduct monthly assessments to ensure compliance. Monitor and implement systems for collecting and analyzing consumer health and personal care information. Recommend appropriate courses of action to address health care concerns. Develop and maintain written curriculum for direct care staff related to health and wellness. Conduct agency-wide training sessions, including medication administration and other health-related topics. Maintain systems for accurate health and personal care recordkeeping. Assist in identifying and maintaining a directory of community-based health care services. Provide support and guidance for implementing personal care procedures and assessing consumer health needs. Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license . Minimum of one year of experience providing health-related and personal care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience with respiratory management, ostomy care, seizure disorders, catheterization, and assisted feeding techniques preferred.
