OPEN-ENDED
Role . The position will assist with front office duties, conference room setup, reception/phones, welcoming guests & clients, and maintaining the breakroom. Candidates must have prior admin/receptionist experience, with at least 2-5+ Years of experience working in a Professional or Corporate environment, being

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED
2-5+ yrs of Experience working in a Corporate or Professional Services Environment is
REQUIRED
Prior Experience working as an Office Coordinator or Receptionist is
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong Attention to Detail and Confidentiality Experience handling Administrative and Events Tasks Strong Communication skills
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception & Client Services:
Welcome clients, visitors, and staff. Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately. Escort clients and visitors to appropriate offices or meeting rooms and ensure their comfort.
Conference Rooms & Setup:
Provide basic A/V support for meetings; act as liaison with IT and Office Services for equipment and troubleshooting.
Facilities:
Manage building lobby access for all visitors
Catering & Hospitality:
Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and events. Set up and break down catering arrangements, reconfigure furniture, and maintain pantry and kitchen cleanliness and organization. Monitor and restock supplies in the kitchen, café, and pantry areas.
