We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences through cutting-edge treatments, personalized care, and sophisticated design inspired by Seoul's most prestigious aesthetic clinics. We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to become the face of our clinic while helping grow our online presence. Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, emails, texts, and social media inquiries Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Process payments and assist with patient checkout Maintain a clean, organized, luxury clinic environment Assist with inventory management and office organization Support day-to-day clinic operations Social Media & Marketing Create and schedule Instagram, TikTok, and social media content Capture photos and videos of treatments, clinic events, and behind-the-scenes moments Edit reels, stories, and short-form videos Assist with content planning and monthly marketing calendars Monitor social media messages and comments Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms Stay current on beauty, wellness, and social media trends Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, luxury retail, medical office, or medspa experience preferred Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content Experience with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge in Korean Skincare and Skin Treatments would be preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, creative, and passionate about aesthetics. We want someone who genuinely enjoys making clients feel welcome while helping tell the Atelier by HOAN story online.
