PM Monday-Friday Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls effectively, providing excellent customer service. Order office supplies from inventory stock in warehouse cage area for office and stores. Complete projects as needed in Excel, demonstrating strong data management skills. Perform data entry of small orders into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

Receptionist Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
