Job Description

Pooch Parlor is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, answering phones and taking payments. Good memory & multitasking skills are a must for our very busy parlor. We are open 5 days a week. Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm Must haves:
  • Experience in the dog and cat world
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Be energetic and have a good attitude towards clients
  • Know the different dog breeds in order to schedule appointments
  • Have neat handwriting
  • Reliable & on time If you are someone who is in the vet industry or trying to step back from the vet industry , this would be an ideal position for you
