Job Description

Buick GMC of Mahwah seeks a Service Receptionist for a car dealership in Mahwah, NJ. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong follow up skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with new and existing customers Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the service department Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner Answer general questions or inquiries as needed Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management Cashier Transactions Other tasks as assigned
