Job Description
Veterinary Receptionist-Full Time We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and personable receptionist to join our team at a busy animal hospital. Previous veterinary or animal hospital experience is strongly preferred. We will train the right person, but we are looking for someone who understands that working in an animal hospital is different from a typical retail or customer-service job. We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking with clients, handling phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, answering questions, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. You should be comfortable around dogs, cats and small animals and able to stay calm and friendly when things get busy. Schedule
- 35 hours per week
- Every other Saturday is required
- One evening shift per week is required
- Must be dependable and able to commit to the schedule.
