What You'll Do:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Manage a multi-line phone system and triage client concerns Check patients in, set up new records, and maintain EMRs Act as a liaison between clients and our medical team Collect payments and explain charges with clarity and empathy Educate clients on products and services Keep the front area clean, organized, and calm — even when it's busy! Work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

What We're Looking For:

Previous veterinary receptionist experience (preferred) Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely loves helping people and pets Strong communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team dynamic
