Property Manager/ Licensed Realestate Agent

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, and other relevant legal standards Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information, lease agreements, and property records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite Conduct regular inspections to monitor property condition and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance occupancy rates and revenue streams Manage tenant onboarding and move-out procedures with professionalism and attention to detail Valid Florida Real estate license in accordance with local regulations Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties.
