This is an additional position created to support our current Treatment Coordinator and ensure every patient receives exceptional guidance and care throughout their treatment journey. If you are organized, personable, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Discuss insurance benefits, financial options, and payment plans Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently Support patients in making informed decisions about their care Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance (preferred) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing finances with patients Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude What We Offer Supportive team environment with training and mentorship Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the practice [Benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, bonuses, etc.] A practice culture focused on teamwork and patient care How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for our team.
