Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to oversee front office operations and patient experience. This role is essential in managing patient flow, maintaining accurate records, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring all office policies, procedures, and financial systems are executed consistently. This individual will also be the key member responsible for insurance verification and coordination with our biller. This is more than a front desk position

Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer calls and schedule appointments Manage patient records (EHR) and data entry Verify insurance and review financials Assist with patient flow and care plan coordination Handle payments, collections, and end-of-day transactions Support office events and front desk operations Required Qualifications Prior experience managing a front desk in a healthcare setting Insurance verification experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a chiropractic or wellness setting Basic knowledge of chiropractic principles and terminology Knowledge of ChiroTouch Bilingual Schedule (to work 4 full days)
