Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front office operations efficiently, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain visitor logs and manage office check-in procedures Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents Assist with office supply inventory and ordering Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling software or multi-line phone systems Bilingual communication skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Work Environment Fast-paced office or reception setting Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer May require occasional standing, walking, or lifting light office materials Schedule Full-time, On-site Typical business hours: Monday-Friday, 7am - 5pm
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
