Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your energetic attitude and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain efficient office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support various administrative tasks. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail and confidentiality Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Provide general clerical support including typing documents, updating records in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications, and supporting customer support inquiries Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette for professional communication Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, calendar management, and clerical support tasks Join our team to be the energetic heartbeat of our organization!
