Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a part time or full time medical receptionist to join our office.

The daily responsibilities include:

Welcoming and greeting all patients and visitors Answering the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette Schedule patients for a multidisciplinary fast-paced practice Responsible for maintaining the reception area clean and organized Register new patients and updates existing patient demographics Additional projects as needed
