Experienced Front Desk Receptionist

Busy, fun loving Animal Hospital looking to hire an experienced full time or part time receptionist that can do well under pressure, is a great multi tasker, while still maintaining great attention to detail. The position includes taking phone calls, booking appointments, updating medical records, checking emails and faxes and providing top notch customer service for a busy six doctor practice. Sunday's on and off Saturdays OR Saturdays on and off Sundays with a mix of all three-four weekday shifts Time frames for weekdays : 7:45am

• 1pm, 1pm
• 8pm, 7:45am
• 8pm Weekend hours : 8am
• 8pm Must have computer skills and experience with Cornerstone software is a plus.

Must be 18 years old or older. Must be able to stand long periods of time Must have experience working as veterinary
