From $23.00/hour Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and organized Country Club Receptionist & Membership Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing excellent customer service and support in all administrative aspects of the club's operations. You will assist in managing memberships, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception desk. Key Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding club services, memberships, and events Maintain accurate membership records, including new sign-ups, renewals, and updates Assist with membership inquiries, applications, and billing questions Provide information on club amenities, events, and upcoming programs Coordinate with other departments to ensure member needs are met efficiently Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Assist with special projects and events as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax, copier) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Experience with club management software or membership databases is a plus A passion for providing exceptional customer service Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds Benefits 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Employee discount
