As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a polished, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a high-visibility Front Desk / Operations Support role. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, builders, vendors, and visitors Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and confidence Assist with shipping coordination, freight paperwork, and order tracking Support production scheduling and internal job coordination Help the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and project support Maintain organized project files and internal communication Keep the front office organized, polished, and operating efficiently Work closely with multiple departments across the company What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Motivated, dependable, and proactive mindset Comfortable learning new systems and processes Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel required) Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus Career Growth & Advancement We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
