Receptionist Salary:

$18.50•$23.50 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. $1,000 Sign On Bonus!

Schedule:

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities. Part-time hours average under 30 hours per week, and full-time hours average between 30-40 hours per week.

8:00 AM•3:00 PM The Highlands Veterinary Hospital is hiring a part-time or full-time Front-Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms. Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments. Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups. Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is required.
