This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as necessary. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct nightly audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations through various booking systems. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of call center or sales experience Strong customer service with excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proven success with managing a busy schedule ensuring appointments are on time. Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality in the industry is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and management software ( including database, Google Workspace and email.) Problem solver with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest interactions.
