In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to relaxation and well-being. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential to serve our diverse clientele effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive spa experience for all guests. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Answer multiple phone lines promptly using multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately Schedule appointments and manage the spa's calendar with precision using Google Workspace or similar tools Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices Previous clerical or administrative experience, including calendar management and filing systems Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
