WAYNE MAZDA - PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves providing exceptional customer support, and enjoys managing administrative tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth office operations. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in office management, customer service, and administrative support. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing visitor logs Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting clients or patients as needed Qualifications Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and general computer literacy Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks effectively Previous experience with office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding support while advancing your career!
