The position is located on site at their beautiful headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan. Who You Are 2+ years' customer service experience in a client-facing role Preferred background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or similar Calm, cool, and collected around high-profile clients Must have extremely professional presence and demeanor Collaborative and able to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams Flexible to provide occasional early morning or evening event support What You'll Do Coordinate meeting reservations, event details, and logistical updates using EMS Support event planners with scheduling, data entry, and event preparation Coordinate with Catering, AV, Security, Facilities, and other event partners Submit facilities and service requests and assist with day-of event coverage Provide general administrative support, including phones, packages, and supply management Keep business center and shared spaces organized and client-ready What Success Looks Like Meetings and events are accurately coordinated and well supported Event planners receive responsive and reliable administrative assistance Internal teams work together smoothly to deliver a strong client experience

Pay Rate Range:
