We are looking for a dental professional who can lead the patient experience, maintain a productive schedule, and help patients move forward with needed treatment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary Based on Experience Monthly Performance Incentives & Bonuses Paid Vacation & Holidays 401(k) with Employer Match Continuing Education Support Growth & Leadership Opportunities Dental Benefits / Heavily Discounted For Family Members Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance and network participation Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing finances Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality Experience with Open Dental preferred Responsibilities Present treatment plans and follow up on unscheduled treatment Maintain a productive, full, and confirmed schedule Verify insurance benefits and understand network participation Greet patients and provide an exceptional customer experience Collect copays, balances, and check patients in/out Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Handle new patient inquiries and conversion Create claims, review chart notes Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Help create a positive atmosphere for patients and team members About Our Practice Modern facility + Free Parking Advanced digital workflow and technology Strong new patient flow PPO and Fee-for-Service practice Established office with 1,400+ Google Reviews Supportive and team-oriented culture Schedule 5 days per week total, including 2 Saturdays per month.
