Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a responsible team member to join our front desk staff. Duties of the receptionist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or administrative assistant, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful receptionist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. •Great position for someone working their way through school, or who has flexibility, doesn't mind night and weekend work and is looking for a great position with room for advancement.

Description of Position:

Answer phone calls, send emails, check massages and follow ups Maintain a positive atmosphere in the waiting area with customers and students Organize and schedule appointments and communicate to teachers and students Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies Maintain contact lists Provide general support to visitors

Ideal Traits:

Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google products Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers Attention to detail and problem solving skills Great written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task A people person who enjoys socializing with clients High School degree
