Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Office Assistant, where you will be the welcoming face of our organization and the backbone of daily operations. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth administrative workflows behind the scenes. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Ability to schedule and confirm daily appointments for therapists and providers Assist billing department in collecting copayments Maintain organized files, records, and data entry logs using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Assist with clerical duties, including faxing, filing, spreadsheets Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer support roles demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Receptionist experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs This paid position offers an engaging environment where your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will make a meaningful impact.
