Veterinary Receptionist

Santa Fe Animal Hospital is a small privatly owned practice full of individuals who are dedicated to supporting our patients, clients and each other with respect and kindness. Our perfect candidate will not only love animals, but have excellent customer service skills and an affiliation for detail! Veterinary Clinic Experience of one year preferred but we are open to traing the right candidate! Must be dependable and detail oriented. Duties include but are not limited to: Answering multiple phone lines Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Scheduling appointments Preparing documents for appointments one day prior to appointments (including gathering all previous records) Monitoring our email and client communication platform Maintaining lobby cleanliness

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
