American Staffing is looking for a Temp Receptionist for the 2026 Tax Season Job duties to include, but not limited to will be mainly answering phones, making appointments, filing paper work in the correct area, must have great customer service skills as they will be dealing with clients, and will be the first point of contact, will also be assisting in preparing customer paperwork for tax forms. Would be helpful to have prior tax prep experience but willing train. Must know how to run a printer, scanner and answer a multi line phone system Must be organized
