Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Pilates Studio. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors,.. converting them into loyal members. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will set the tone for a productive and friendly environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the office. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person and via phone or email. Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining organized files for smooth daily operations. Experience Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills in a professional setting. Familiarity with computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing effective phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Personal assistant or office management experience that highlights time management skills and multitasking capabilities.
