Led by triple-boarded Medical Director Dr. Amal Obaid-Schmid, we offer a full range of services onsite—including diagnostics, imaging, labs, and pharmacy—setting a new standard in healthcare delivery. We're not your typical urgent care. We're redefining convenience and quality in healthcare, and we're looking for passionate, personable team members to help us do it. Position Overview We're seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, brings excellent customer service, and has strong technical skills—especially with Mac systems and electronic medical records. This is a front office position , focused on patient interaction, coordination, and administrative flow. Medical Assistant (MA) experience is a plus but not required. MA-certified applicants may be considered for hybrid roles involving occasional back office duties and shifts, depending on clinic needs and candidate interest. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Verify insurance and update demographic information in our EMR system (Tebra) Collect co-pays and explain basic billing information as needed Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries Support front office workflows to ensure smooth patient intake and discharge Maintain front desk area cleanliness and supply inventory Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations Manage and organize electronic and paper records in compliance with HIPAA Follow up on patient scheduling needs and outside referrals Support basic billing tasks and assist with claims follow-up (billing experience a plus) Qualifications 1+ year of front desk experience in a medical office or clinic required Proficient with Mac computers and systems Experience with EMR systems; Tebra preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Medical billing or insurance verification experience is a plus Medical Assistant certification is a plus , especially for applicants open to hybrid front/back office duties Bilingual preferred but not required Why Join Us?
