Job Description
Our Mission To create an organization that sets the standard of excellence in the compassionate treatment of behavioral health and addiction disorders. Who are we? Since 2015, Nevada Behavioral Health Systems (NBH) has been providing mental health and substance abuse services to residents across Nevada. By collaborating with a diverse network of experienced behavioral healthcare providers, we have built a community-based care system that offers members personalized options tailored to their individual needs. In 2023, we rebranded as NovumHealth with the expansion of our services in Arizona, California, and Utah.

$18 per hour What's the role? As a Receptionist at NovumHealth, your primary purpose is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your professionalism, communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to a seamless and efficient reception experience. What you'll do: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information or route calls to the appropriate individuals. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and wellmaintained. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Respond to inquiries or requests for information in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow. Additional Duties as assigned. What you'll bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Professional and courteous demeanor, with the ability to handle difficult or stressful situations calmly and tactfully. Proficiency in operating telephone systems, computer applications, and office equipment. Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of messages, appointments, and records. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problemsolving skills to address issues or inquiries promptly and effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations or changes in responsibilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.. What you'll need to start: At least 1 year of customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must pass drug screening and background check in order to start employment with NovumHealth. What will make you stand out: Previous experience in a customer service position.
