Summary The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet builders and homeowners and provide administrative support services to Design Center and office staff. Essential Functions Maintain and manage Design Center calendar by contacting customers to set appointments for Design Consultants and make all necessary notifications Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Required High School or equivalent 2-4 years applicable job experience Skills & Competencies Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite Strong communication skills, including written communication High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
