About Us:

We are proud to operate the very first cannabis dispensary in Tonopah, NV, serving our community since October 2025. We are looking for a reliable, welcoming, and professional Part-Time Receptionists to join our fun workplace and be the face of our retail store.

Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet visitors, verify identification, check customers into our system, and maintain a secure, organized lobby environment. This position requires strict compliance with state regulations and a passion for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Verify government-issued identification to ensure compliance with state laws. Check customers into the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage the waiting queue. Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information about store hours and policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front lobby area. Adhere strictly to all Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulations.

Required Qualifications Age Limit:

Must be 21 years of age or older (state law requirement).

Credentials:

Must have, or be able to successfully obtain, a Nevada CCB Cannabis Agent Card (requires a fingerprint background check).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or face-to-face customer service.

Skills:

Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, and excellent attention to detail.

Reliability:
