Job Description
Hiller Comerford Disability & Injury, PLLC is known to help the most vulnerable population, those who have suffered the most in many different areas. The firm handles Social Security Disability, SSI, Veterans Disability, Personal Injury, and much more. We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The right candidate must pay strong attention to detail, have great customer service/phone skills, have excellent time management skills, possess good computer skills, and must be organized in order to meet critical case deadlines. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Answer a multi-line phone system Greet visitors Receive and distribute packages Place appointment reminder calls to clients Scan and save documentation into the case management system Create file folders for new clients Other duties as assigned This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred.
