ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in December 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent, so serving customers and supporting the community has always been a part of my life. I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and am proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
