We are currently looking for a Receptionist. We are currently looking for someone who can fulfill the following hours Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 8a-4p ONLY The duties of this position are: Answer phone calls Transfer phone calls to their appropriate destination Screen employees as necessary or directed Complete various audits and computer work Skill and experience requirements Must have excellent communication and phone skills Must have excellent customer relations experience with residents, co-workers and families Able to maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times, including crisis situations Able to handle confidential information
