Job Description

Performs a wide variety of receptionist/ secretarial duties including but not limited to answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate parties, or taking messages, receiving, and announcing visitors, typing, filing, assuring proper office supplies are available, and maintaining a coordinated stream of paperwork. Ideal Skills Computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other office equipment such as a copier, scanner, etc. Strong communication skills Excellent customer service Attention to detail and organizational skills As a full-time Pro Action employee, some of the benefits you are eligible for include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403b retirement plan with employer-based contributions, generous personal and sick Leave and more.
