Front Desk Receptionist

The Role:

You are the face of our practice. You will be responsible for keeping the front desk organized and welcoming while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

Patient Interaction:

Manage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and phone inquiries with a proactive, resourceful approach.

Data Management:

Accurately enter and verify patient info in our EHR system and verify insurance coverage.

Office Support:

Handle faxing, scanning of medical documents, and general clerical duties to keep the office running seamlessly.

Environment:

Ensure the waiting area remains tidy and professional.

What You Bring:

A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle stress and multitask. Strong organizational skills.

Bonus:

Previous experience with EHR software or standard office hardware.

Availability Needed:

Monday-Friday schedule. Requirements include one night per week and every other Saturday.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
