Your daily responsibilities will include:
First Impressions:
Warmly greet and direct clients, visitors, and vendors as they arrive at our office.
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls, answer basic inquiries, and route phone traffic to the appropriate team members.
Digital & Administrative Tasks:
Handle daily computer work, including data entry, responding to emails, and updating digital records.
Document Management:
Sort and distribute daily mail/packages, and handle office scanning, copying, and physical filing.
Office Organization:
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk environment.
