- Must be able to work 1pm-7pm Monday-Friday (more hours may be available if you are interested)
- Must love dogs and be comfortable with different breeds and sizes of dogs.
- We are looking to hire a positive and outgoing person to our staff
- Greet visitors promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information or routing to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain organized and clean front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Sending home daycare and grooming dogs. Communicating with their owner on how their day was.
- Scheduling future grooming appointments.
- Meeting and spending time with the daycare dogs.
- Must be able to multi task and be comfortable in a faced pace work environment.
