Front Desk Receptionist

Overview These employees are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it's their job to set the tone for the rest of the members' club experience by being friendly and welcoming. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership. Duties Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance Manage incoming/outgoing calls, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Upholding club policies and procedures ensuring the safety of all members Requirements Proven customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for professional communication Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse member needs effectively
