Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries. Maintain accurate office records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading. Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools. Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
