Job Description

Finger Lakes Dental Care is a fast-growing dental practice looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be one of the first people our patients interact with and play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You will welcome patients to the office, assist with scheduling and communication, discuss treatment recommendations and financial options, and help ensure every patient receives the highest level of service throughout their dental journey.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling appointments Making appointment confirmation and follow-up calls Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Providing treatment estimates and answering patient questions Collecting patient payments and managing financial arrangements Practicing exceptional customer service and communication skills Working closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a smooth and productive day

Canandaigua Schedule:
Monday 6:30 a.m.
  • 2:00 p.m. Tuesday OFF Wednesday 6:30 a.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. Thursday 6:30 a.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. Friday 6:30 a.m.
  • 2:00 p.
m. The expectation is that you will stay until patients have been dismissed, and end of day responsibilities are completed.

High School Diploma or equivalent Pay range: $20.00
