Job Description

Sana Physical Therapy, PLLC is hiring! Based in beautiful East Aurora, we are looking for a candidate to join our amazing team of health and wellness professionals. Prior office experience in medical, physical therapy, spa, or gym/fitness required. The Front Office Receptionist provides excellent customer service to patients and clients as front line support for our physical therapy, and wellness center. The duties also include clerical responsibilities that provide support to the operations of the practice.
JOB DUTIES
Perform technical and clerical duties in a fast paced environment Responsible for scheduling clients for classes and appointments.
Performs pre-visit planning:
Schedules, confirms appointments, and performs follow up on missed appointments. Compiles information and maintains patient record in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Daily collections of payments and accurate record keeping Alerting therapist to Initial Evaluations, Re-Evals, renewal of RX through the computer Customer Service and greeting clients in a courteous manner Perform a broad variety of office support functions Update and maintain accurate client charts Responsible for cleanliness and orderliness of SANA Work with Billing Manager to provide necessary documentation Work with the clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided Respect and maintains patients confidentiality Maintains effective communication to foster a service attitude and to cooperatively provide the highest quality service to the community. Assures that patients perceive our value through an environment of mutual confidence, trust, high ethics, and respect. Perform regularly all duties listed on the Front Desk Daily Checklist Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
EQUIPMENT
Ability to operate and do routine maintenance on computer, copy machine, calculator, fax machine, credit card machine and other necessary office equipment
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EDUCATION
High School diploma

Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds Bending to replace supplies on lower shelves Routine cleaning

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
