Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

9:00 AM•7:00
PM Tuesday:
9:00 AM•7:00
PM Wednesday:
9:00 AM•7:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Saturday:
9 AM•6:00
PM Sunday:
11:00 AM•4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage customer inquiries and provide basic information Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks and data entry Support various departments as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer knowledge Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
Experience:
Receptionist or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and provide excellent customer service.
