Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations . This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, handling communications efficiently, and keeping administrative activities organized. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented front-office presence.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages when needed.
  • Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to help maintain smooth daily scheduling for the office.
  • Prepare, update, and enter information into internal records with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle email communications efficiently, ensuring messages are directed and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems so documents remain easy to access and up to date.
  • Support routine administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to assist with office operations.
  • Provide courteous customer service to clients, guests, and team members while addressing general questions and requests. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system confidently and effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Accurate data entry skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage appointments, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dependable approach to daily office responsibilities.
